In the event of a cancellation, we'll transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date. Life is unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change suddenly. If you cancel within the cancellation window, we'll safeguard your deposit for use in a future rescheduled picnic within a two-week timeframe. Please note that refunds are not offered; however, we're committed to helping you make the most of your picnic experience with a convenient rescheduling option.

Inclement Weather Contingency: In the event of rain, rest assured that Hardly Picnics has got you covered—literally! We'll promptly notify you of any cancellations via email and/or text, and your picnic will be seamlessly rescheduled. Should the weather dampen our outdoor plans, we're more than happy to relocate the picnic to your cozy living room or a covered backyard/balcony, provided it falls within our travel radius.

Please note that we do not service private residences with stairs, so kindly ensure that your chosen location is accessible for equipment transportation and has suitable parking. While we do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations, we're dedicated to finding a suitable alternative. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we'll make every effort to reschedule the picnic for a time and date that works conveniently for you.
